Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of client populations, including adolescents, adults, and families who face various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role requires sensitivity and adaptability to cater to clients from different backgrounds and life experiences, emphasizing culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work is essential.

• An active New Jersey license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in therapy or counseling, with a demonstrated ability to foster a therapeutic relationship and utilize effective therapeutic techniques.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
