Zayo serves wireless and wireline carriers, media, tech, content, finance, healthcare and other large enterprises./ppZayo is seeking a Senior Account Executive to partner with all sales groups and help uncover and actively sell into both new logo, existing accounts and prospective accounts in need of managed services and/or SASE other communications infrastructure. The successful candidate will target and develop new customer relationships and drive sales of Cloud, Edge Solutions, Voice Connectivity and Infrastructure services to newly acquired accounts and contacts within assigned geographical territories./ppThe Senior Account Executive is responsible to achieve sales and revenue growth targets through consistent day-to-day selling activities, meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals set by the leadership team through aggressive selling. A demonstrated ability to succeed in an autonomous environment is key to this role. The ideal candidate has the ability to approach sales as a consultative and trusted advisor./ppLocation: This role will consider applicants that currently reside in the continental United States. Preference is in the Pacific and Mountain Time Zones./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliAchieve and exceed assigned revenue targets through acquisition of new existing customers inside target prospect segments./liliGenerate sales revenue by actively promoting Zayo products and services to targeted and assigned territories./liliSet priority tasks for each day to communicate with target prospects and leads developed through Marketing and Business Development activity and capture outcome./liliManaging a high volume of inbound/outbound engagement with a strategy on prioritization of your leads./liliTrack, analyze and report on sales performance and activities in Salesforce and other reporting tools./liliProvide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities./liliDevelop and maintain records of customer activity for reporting of sales and forecasts./liliProvide accurate and timely information to management./liliCoordinate closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained and revenue objectives met./liliCollaboratively work as a part of a team while concurrently performing as an individual with minimal supervision./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliBachelors degree and/or minimum of five (5) years relevant work experience./liliExperience in the Telecom industry, preferred./liliRequired experience selling SD-WAN and Edge Solutions for a telecom in their environment/liliProven track record of SD-WAN sales in a telecom environment./liliAbility to manage high volume of work while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness./liliAmbitious, aggressive and coachable./liliProven ability to build relationships./liliStrong financial acumen./liliStrong business acumen./liliQuick learner who collaborates well with others./liliExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written./liliExceptional customer service and relationship building skills./liliExcellent time management and organizational skills./liliExcellent skills to work with Salesforce CRM./liliA sense of urgency and desire to rapidly accelerate results and career with Zayo Group Sales./liliAble to present data with effective communication and presentation skills./liliKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint./liliWillingness to learn Zayo Networks value proposition, products, and services such as Ethernet, Waves, IP transport, Dark Fiber, and Cloud services/connectivity./liliAbility to travel as required by customers./li/ulpEstimated Base Salary Range: $63,000 - $125,000 USD/annually/pp#LI-Remote/ppThe base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
