Please include a link to your portfolio on your resume.**What is a day in the life of an Art Director?Use creative expertise to identify problems and develop data-driven solutionsOversee and help design awesome visual content within client's style guidesDirect a team of designers to execute visual concepts through final productionPresent work to brands, bringing a strong design point of view with data-driven strategyEfficiently own large scale production projects that involve hundreds of deliverablesCreate presentation materials to confidently pitch your concept to clientsArt direct and be involved with photo shoots/video shoots/shot lists/production/styling etc.Develop comprehensive and detailed creative briefs for all production projectsLead and mentor junior team members to help them build their design skillsWhat will I need to thrive in this role?BFA degree in Graphic Design or related field4-7 years of progressive professional graphic design work, at least 2 years in a senior roleAdvanced typography skills are a mustProficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign), Figma, Google Suite, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, and organizationExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple, large-scale projects in a fast-paced environmentStyling interest or experience is a bonusCreative strategy or E-commerce conversion optimization background is also a bonusWhat does high performance look like?You proactively search for ways to solve problems for brands and internal teams.You follow through with all assignments in a timely mannerYou give 100% to all tasks and projects you are givenYou actively comment and participate in group collaborationsYou embrace autonomy, take full ownership of your projects, and follow through to completionYou work well within the bounds of client's style guidesYou have a passion for design and creative problem solvingYou provide our brand partners with a world-class client experienceWhat is my potential for career growth?This role will provide opportunities for professional growth and networking.
