About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff for Customer and Revenue Operations. This role is pivotal in driving the post-sales performance and strategy, internal business systems, and revenue operations. The successful candidate will work closely with the COO and cross-functional leaders to define and execute CX and RevOps priorities, ensuring strategic alignment and execution on key initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting the C&RO organization in prioritizing and managing initiatives, providing leverage to the COO, and translating high-level strategic decisions into actionable plans. The Chief of Staff will also be involved in shaping the objectives of leadership team meetings, leading content creation for key documents, and may be called upon to lead in specific areas as needed. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position should have 3-7+ years of experience, with a background in business consulting or internal strategy and operations. The role requires a candidate who is aligned with the company's operating principles, has experience in CX, RevOps, and corporate strategy teams, and is adept at working in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment. A strong educational background, including an MBA or equivalent experience, is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being a thought partner, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to handle significant change and ambiguity. Experience in the SaaS or technology industry, particularly with vertical and SMB SaaS, is a plus. The role demands a pragmatic, logical thinker with a systems-oriented approach, and the ability to create new structures or processes.
