Lead the Way as We Expand in Utah County! Avista Senior Living is growing throughout the Utah County area, and we’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Executive Director to lead our newest community. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced senior living leader to guide a community through an exciting transition and set the tone for long-term success. About The Opportunity As Executive Director, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and culture of the community. You’ll drive resident satisfaction, staff engagement, financial performance, and regulatory compliance, all while building strong relationships within the local Utah County community.
