This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also having the option for in-person sessions at our outpatient office located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Renewed Perspectives Wellness, you will engage with patients in various therapeutic settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint sessions with couples and families to address a spectrum of mental health challenges.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques to assist patients dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with the patients' unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of all sessions in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily benefit adults, as well as children and adolescents facing mental health challenges. You will work with diverse populations, dealing with complex issues ranging from blended family dynamics to job-related stress. The goal is to assist individuals and families in navigating their unique situations, thereby fostering healthier relationships and enhancing emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
