You'll ensure a smooth arrival and departure process while providing helpful, professional service throughout their visit. Primary Duties Greet guests and manage check‑in and check‑out activities Answer phone calls and assist with booking and reservation needs Respond to guest questions and requests in a timely, courteous manner Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to support daily operations Process guest payments and handle cash with accuracy Keep the front desk workspace clean, organized, and professional Complete shift paperwork, reports, and daily checklists Schedule Morning or evening shifts available. 4 days on / 4 days off schedule.
