Job Description

• Craft Individualized Intervention Plans: Assess patients' requirements and create tailored therapy strategies to help them reach their functional objectives
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide thorough, patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic approaches to ensure continuous progress at home
• Track and Adjust Clinical Progress: Monitor patient advancements and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep them on the right path

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Opportunities for ongoing professional development and certification are encouraged

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is required
• Certification by the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is essential
