Personal Injury/Workers' Comp Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well established law firm to recruit a personal injury and workers compensation attorney. This full time role is ideal for an attorney with at least two years of experience handling matters across the full case lifecycle, from pre suit through activelitigation. Trial experience is preferred but not required. The position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while advocating for injured clients in both personal injury and workers compensation matters. Key Responsibilities: • Handle personal injury and workers compensation cases from intake through resolution • Manage pre suit investigation, client counseling, and development of case strategy • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands • Conduct depositions and attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances • Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel • Evaluate liability, causation, and damages to assess case value and litigation risk • Participate in trial preparation including witness preparation, exhibit review, and trial strategy • Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines • Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and fellow attorneys throughout case progression Qualifications: • Juris Doctor degree and active admission to the state bar • Minimum of two years of experience in personal injury, workers compensation, or related litigation • Experience managing cases from pre suit through litigation is required • Trial experience is preferred • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills • Ability to manage a high volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and a client focused approach • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced legal environment This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles LHH Recruitment Solutions typically places with its clients.
