Program & Delivery Management

Role Description

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage multiple workstreams, project dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Establish program governance frameworks and conduct steering committee meetings.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices across Salesforce teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement discussions, solution reviews, and executive status reporting.
• Build strong relationships with business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
• Oversee Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and support engagements.
• Collaborate with architects and technical leads on solution design and roadmap planning.
• Ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance standards.
• Drive user adoption, change management, and business value realization.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Track program KPIs, utilization, and delivery metrics.
• Support contract management, scope control, and change requests.
• Ensure adherence to organizational delivery standards and compliance requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews to maintain quality and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing enterprise Salesforce programs.
• Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Integration patterns.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform.
