Milieu Manager

Milieu Manager Opportunity Position: Full-Time As an active member of the Leadership Team, the Milieu Manager directly supervises Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) and the Lead BHTs. This person is responsible for the overall functioning of the milieu, which includes all inpatient services and ongoing resolution of staff and patient needs along with concerns. The Milieu Manager coordinates care with other departments, including Intake, Clinical Services, Nursing, and Plant Operations. Benefits Tuition Assistance after 90 days of employment! At least 1-year inpatient experience.
