IT Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Specialist

Job Summary:

The Specialized IT Consultant - Senior will lead the enhancement and sustainment of the Investigative Case Management Solution (ICMS) integrated with the Child Care Licensing System (CCLS). This role focuses on developing, configuring, and implementing technical solutions on Microsoft Cloud platforms to improve regulatory enforcement oversight for childcare providers. The consultant will ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure case management and integration solutions. Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and identify solution gaps with recommendations.
• Update and create functional and technical design documentation.
• Design, configure, and implement system enhancements and defect remediation for ICMS and related tools.
• Develop APIs for inbound and outbound data exchange between ICMS and CCLS.
• Design and implement integrations with OPS services and other systems.
• Contribute to quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards.
• Provide packaging, deployment, and migration strategies for cloud-based environments.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal project teams.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of activities and deliverables.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• More than 8 years of hands-on experience in technical solution development and configuration.
• Expertise with Microsoft Cloud technologies including Dynamics 365 CRM, Power App Flows, Power Automate, Power Pages, Azure Services, Azure Attachment Storage, Azure Active Directory, Azure DevOps, Azure KeyVault, Azure API Management, Logic Apps, and Power BI.
• Experience architecting, designing, and implementing case management systems using Microsoft Dynamics 365 on cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Azure Storage design, development, integration, and implementation for attachment management.
• Experience with user access and profile management, role-based data access control, authentication and authorization integration, and document management.
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and OPS Digital Accessibility Standard (ODAS) testing compliance.
• Experience integrating third-party and OPS Identity and Access Management (IAM) providers, including security, authentication, and encryption tools/services.
• Strong knowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Special Considerations:

• Must comply with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and OPS security directives.
• Onsite work required at 3rd Floor, 777 Bay Street, Toronto, ON for 5 days.
• Ability to work with aggressive timelines and adapt to changes.
