Full-Time Position: 40 hours (M-F)

Compensation: $25hr + 50% Commission & Broker Fee + Annual Raise

Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, PTO

Location: Pomona, CA

Primary Job Duties:

 

· Quote commercial Insurance risk

· Cross sell to our existing client base

· Independently generate leads to meet sales goals

· Manage current book of business

· Provide superior customer service and clear communication

· Handle high call volumes

· Process service requests (i.e. Certificates, Endorsements, etc.) for clients

· Input client data into Data Management System

· Assist in claim management, cancellations and renewals

· Maintain excellent and professional relationship with Insurance companies and underwriters

· Manage sensitive client data

· Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

· 1 Years of Insurance, Customer Service and Sales Experience

· 1 Years of Ezlynx experience preferred

· Work well with other employees and agents and is a team player.

· Ability to work independently

· Computer proficiency mandatory

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Typing speed of 35-40 wpm

· High Volume Data entry skills

· Must have high attention to details

· Excellent problem-solving skills

Education: Minimum High School diploma or GED
Work Experience: 1 years of Insurance experience required

P&C Licensed: Required
Work Schedules: M-F, 8am to 5pm
