Responsibilities Supervise and support a team of clinicians (e.g., therapists, nurses, case managers) Provide regular clinical supervision and case consultations Ensure clinical documentation and services meet quality standards and compliance Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of staff Help create a healthy, team-centered work environment where people can thrive Qualifications Licensed in PA as a Registered Nurse RN +1 years of post-licensure experience (supervisory experience recommended) Warm, approachable, and communicative — people come to you for guidance Skilled in managing clinical standards while supporting individual growth Passionate about empowering others and improving client outcomes What you’ll do as a Clinical Supervisor See above responsibilities Benefits Competitive Pay Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance 403(b) with Employer Match: Secure your financial future with our generous retirement plan.
