Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia Department of Education Certificate
• Active Virginia Psychology Licensure
• Ability to immediately initiate VA Dept. of Social Services background check and provide documentation of a current TB test
• Experience in assessment, behavioral intervention (FBA/BIP), and consultation within school settings
• Familiarity with Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) frameworks preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments, provide consultation to educators, and deliver FBA/BIP support at two campuses (one elementary, one middle school)
• Collaborate with school teams to support positive student outcomes
• Consult, as needed, with MTSS and occasionally assist social workers with student counseling
• Deliver services on-site four days per week with the possibility of one remote (virtual) day each week
• Contribute to a strong support system for both staff and students, ensuring no academic achievement testing (as Ed Diagnosticians are dedicated to that function)
