• Participate in departmental management activities, including cost management and quality performance improvement initiatives.
• Exhibit strong customer service and communication skills to enhance the overall effectiveness of the department.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic illnesses, and overcoming injuries. You will provide tailored rehabilitation services that address each patient's specific needs, desires, and lifestyle factors, enabling them to regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is required.
• A valid and current physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey is essential.
• Current certification in CPR is required at the time of hire.
• Possession of strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills is crucial for managing a bustling caseload.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Basic computer skills are required to navigate electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience in physical therapy is not mandatory, candidates with internship or volunteering experience in a rehabilitation setting will stand out.

Compensation and Benefits
