What You'll Do

Conduct Virtual Client Consultations

Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide professional guidance regarding available benefit options.

❤️ Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Answer questions regarding benefits and coverage
• Explain policy features in clear, easy-to-understand terms
• Assist clients throughout the application and enrollment process
• Provide ongoing policy and account support
• Assist with beneficiary updates, policy changes, and claims-related questions

Build Long-Term Client Relationships

Develop trusted relationships through consistent communication and outstanding service. Conduct periodic reviews to help clients address changing family circumstances and coverage needs.

Maintain Client Records & Compliance

Maintain accurate digital documentation while following company procedures, state requirements, and applicable industry regulations.

Continue Learning & Growing

Participate in ongoing virtual training, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development designed to strengthen your customer service, communication, and professional skills.
