Enjoy professional growth in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.Job DescriptionDivisional CFO OverviewThe Divisional CFO will oversee financial operations for a dynamic and expanding division within the client organization.Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis to support growth initiatives and operational excellence.Provide leadership in financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations, ensuring adherence to US GAAP standards.Collaborate with operational leaders to drive profitability and efficiency through actionable financial insights.Oversee treasury functions, including cash flow management, accounts payable, and receivable operations.Serve as a subject matter expert on lease accounting, ensuring compliance with ASC 842 standards.Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with divisional growth.Contribute to the strategic direction of the division as a key member of the management team.Drive impactful financial strategies for a new acquisition, enhancing operational and financial integration.Divisional CFO Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and lead monthly business reviews, presenting financial insights and variance analysis to stakeholders.Implement and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts to optimize liquidity and working capital.Conduct variance analysis against budgets, collaborating with leaders to address performance deviations.Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.Supervise month-end close processes, including revenue recognition and balance sheet reviews.Oversee treasury operations, ensuring timely payments and effective collections.Manage lease accounting processes, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting under ASC 842.Lead annual budgeting and long-range financial planning, driving accountability and growth.Mentor finance team members, fostering professional development and operational excellence.Divisional CFO Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business; CPA preferred.5+ years of progressive finance experience; 3+ years in supervisory roles.Strong knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and ASC 842 standards.Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Experience in high-growth environments with dynamic priorities.Strong communication skills to convey financial insights to diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams effectively.Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
