Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques for individuals, groups, and families.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and social dimensions of health.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute psychological distress, utilizing your clinical acumen and empathetic approach.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs to raise mental health awareness and promote stigma reduction across various societal segments.

Our clients comprise a wide range of age groups and demographic backgrounds, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Possess an independent and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
