Role and Responsibilities As a Legal Intern at Avalara, students will work closely with the legal team on a wide range of tasks. Responsibilities include managing contract intake processes, assisting with the drafting and reviewing of commercial agreements, conducting legal research on relevant topics, and supporting attorneys with day-to-day administrative work.
