Job Title: Business Analyst - Automation Anywhere & AI
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere and a solid understanding of AI and agentic concepts. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs with intelligent automation solutions, driving efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities:
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for automation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for RPA using Automation Anywhere
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and AI teams to design scalable solutions
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Support implementation of AI-driven and agent-based workflows
• Drive process improvements and automation strategy Required Skills:
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in automation/RPA projects
• Hands-on knowledge of Automation Anywhere
• Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and agentic workflows
• Experience in process mapping, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred:
• Exposure to intelligent automation, NLP, or GenAI use cases
• Experience working with cross-functional enterprise systems
