About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Marketing to join their team. The successful candidate will be a transformative leader with a hands-on approach, responsible for owning the full marketing strategy, roadmap, and quarterly OKRs that are in line with the company's growth priorities. This role involves leading the demand generation strategy, from campaign design to performance optimization, and requires a deep expertise in growth and demand generation, including channel strategy, experimentation, and marketing automation. The Head of Marketing will also be tasked with defining the ideal customer profile, buyer personas, and messaging architecture, as well as driving alignment between sales and marketing. Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have 8-12 years' of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven track record in building and scaling demand generation programs. The role demands a leader who can influence across all levels of the organization and is comfortable with a player-coach mentality, being hands-on in their approach. Functional strengths should include fluency in HubSpot and the ability to assess product marketing needs. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, avoid siloed execution, and be adept at building relationships quickly. A key aspect of the role is to establish a campaign-based operating model and to coach and develop a marketing team, making strategic resourcing decisions to support the company's growth.
