Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused therapy. \n Develop personalized treatment plans that are client-centered, addressing individual needs and goals through ongoing assessment and collaboration with clients. \n provide support and guidance to clients as they navigate their emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges, using active listening and empathetic communication. \n Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and holistic health practitioners, to ensure comprehensive care for clients. \n Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational standards, ensuring thorough and accurate records of client progress and treatment interventions. \n Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, training sessions, and relevant supervision to stay informed about new techniques and trends in the counseling field. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Our client base encompasses a diverse array of individuals facing various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and chronic stress.
