Work Environment\n This role will be conducted remotely, allowing you to maintain a flexible work-life balance while delivering essential mental health services. Our virtual platform is equipped with advanced technology to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with colleagues and patients. Provide group therapy sessions, serving as both primary therapist and co-therapist as appropriate, fostering a supportive and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients. \Engage with clients in individual, family, and couple therapy sessions, employing effective psychotherapy modalities to address various concerns related to mental health. \Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes according to regulatory and agency standards. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and other mental health disorders. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field. \Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado or license-eligible status. \Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertinent to mental health counseling. \Specialization in family therapy, couple therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly preferred. \Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies to manage patient documentation and communication. \Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team environment. \Compensation and Benefits\n The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications, along with performance-based bonuses.
