Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and design tailored therapeutic strategies. \n Implement evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy. \n Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing a variety of mental health challenges. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic and comprehensive approach to client care. \n Maintain accurate and confidential client records, following all legal and ethical standards in practice. \n Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of current best practices in counseling and mental health. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n \n A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado. \n A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Experience specializing in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse counseling is highly preferred. \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices is a plus. \n Compensation and Benefits\n This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
