Work Environment\n The LPC position is fully remote, leveraging telehealth technology to deliver care to our clients while maintaining a work-life balance. Our telehealth platform offers you the capability to conduct patient intakes, assessments, and therapy sessions efficiently, ensuring that our patients receive the support they need wherever they are.

Conducting comprehensive patient intakes to assess mental health and psychosocial issues, delivering diagnostic and functional evaluations. \Collaborating with primary care providers to create individualized treatment plans, ensuring appropriate care pathways for each patient. \Providing brief, focused mental health interventions tailored to the specific needs of patients, prioritizing effective therapeutic outcomes. \Monitoring patients' progress through regular follow-ups and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to foster stability and recovery. \Documenting detailed clinical records that reflect patient interactions, progress notes, treatment outcomes, and any recommendations. \Assisting in the development of relapse prevention plans and empowering patients to maintain their mental health through self-management strategies. \Consulting with clinic management and team members to improve behavioral health services and program evaluations, contributing to the growth of our initiatives. \Staying informed on best practices in mental health and actively engaging in continuous education and professional development. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse patient population representing various backgrounds, cultures, and mental health needs. As an integral part of our primary care team, you’ll engage with clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or related field. \Must hold a current and valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license. \Proficient understanding of mental health assessment and treatment planning, developmental psychopathology, and psychodynamic approaches. \Preferred Experience\n While not required, the following experiences will enhance a candidate’s application:
