Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, couple’s therapy, and family therapy, creating a safe and supportive environment for shared experiences and healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies that promote patient-centered outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and couples, ensuring that services are accessible to those with limited prior access to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical context, is essential.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines within mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.

• Proven capability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
