Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health, establishing individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client engagement and progress.

• Tailor therapeutic approaches to suit diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive client care and holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Life Edge Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
