Role Overview This position involves providing direct patient care in a high-risk cardiac unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in ongoing professional development. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team and patients. Utilize critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement. Contribute to a safe environment, adhering to safety-sensitive protocols. Qualifications & Skills Required: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing, RN license. Preferred: BSN degree, telemetry/cardiac experience, 2+ years of experience.
