As the Aviation Market Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions for a rapidly evolving airport environment. You'll oversee a team of talented architects, interior designers, and engineers, driving exceptional client experiences and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and driving top-line sales.
Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
Project Management: Oversee the delivery of complex aviation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities, developing winning strategies for high-profile pursuits.
Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, leveraging your knowledge to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
Professional Registration (e.g., AIA, NCARB) required
12+ years of experience in aviation design, with a proven track record of leadership
Strong business acumen and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
