Overview Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join our team at the Downtown Brooklyn – City Point clinic. Responsibilities Support patient care by ensuring patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling appointment flow. Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours, and always within 24 hours. Guide patients through our out‑of‑network experience and greet each patient who enters the clinic with a smile. Execute 5‑star customer service and foster a collaborative spirit so everyone receives the care and support they need.
