We seek and attract Change Practitioners, Training leads and other functional leads who are technology forward - able to use Mural & Miro, JIRA, Mentimeter, in addition to the Microsoft Suite of products that are typically part of the toolkit for consultants on technology transformation efforts. For more information: About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Lead to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in driving change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption across our organization. Your expertise in change management will be crucial in guiding our teams through the process of transformation and fostering a culture of adaptability. Key Responsibilities: Conduct organizational assessments as needed Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for various projects and initiatives. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans. Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the tools and skills needed to navigate changes. Facilitate communications and transparent dialogue among teams to ensure smooth transitions. Recommend adoption metrics based on the change impact analyses and ways to measure effectively Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, adjusting plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help reinforce the impact of change initiatives. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Change Management Lead or similar role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Minimum 8 years of experience as a Change Lead, 3 of which serving as an external contractor Change management experience with large-scale ERP/technology rollouts. Preference to Utility sector experience. Able to use remote access and client tools effectively within the first few weeks(Citrix, VPN) Application of change management principles, methodologies, and tools across represented (union) coworkers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office presence. Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) are highly desirable. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field is preferred. Must be able to provide 2 different client references as a Change Lead as part of the interview process Responsibilities : Quickly understand Nimble and client team scopes and progress. Support leaders in identifying and connecting technology users for workshops by function and process touchpoints. Help to connect the dots between users of the technologies by business function, and process touch points. Develop and implement change management strategies for new processes and technologies. Create concise communications, presentations, surveys, and updates for stakeholders and leadership. Update SharePoint, use digital collaboration tools, and manage tasks in JIRA and Mentimeter. Co-facilitate workshops, introducing innovation as needed. Design and Deliver Roadshows or "summits" on key changes to come Establish, track, and report change metrics to leadership. Conduct surveys, monitor meetings, and manage change management metrics. Coach and support leaders to guide their teams through change.
