ACCOUNTING CLERK

Administrative & Accounting Support Primary responsibilities include: entering bills, credit card charges, scanning and filing documents; reviewing vendor invoices against purchase orders for accuracy; requesting, confirming, and tracking vendor insurance requirements; preparing, tracking, and filing vendor releases and waivers for progress billing with commercial construction jobs; maintaining all files, logs, and system reports for the Accounting department on the company server; handling AR/AP contact and resolving past‑due customer accounts; assisting management as needed; answering phones; and performing other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications 2+ years of office administrative experience (preferred) Basic knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (Enterprise Solutions – Contractor preferred) Broad understanding of Office 365 programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat) Experience with commercial construction accounting (plus) Experience with prelims, releases, and progress billing (plus) Experience with purchase orders, insurance certificates, and projects (plus) Abilities Manage multiple projects and work well under time and other constraints Work in a team environment as well as independently Strong attention to detail and processes Proactive in creating organization and management systems Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills Strong service orientation to internal and external customers Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment Working Conditions Frequent sitting, walking, and standing Repetitive use of computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and filing Reading, comprehending, writing, performing calculations, communicating orally, reasoning, and analyzing Pay & Benefits We offer competitive pay (DOE) and a great working environment. Automatic Door Technician Our Automatic Door technicians are responsible for completing quality installation and preventive maintenance services while projecting a positive and professional attitude. Technicians are expected to be dependable, punctual, and ensure accurate completion of the job and all corresponding paperwork. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Servicing and installation of commercial doors (automatic & overhead) Servicing and installation of commercial locks & door hardware Servicing and installation of docks (levelers, seals, bumpers, etc.) Requirements/Skills Experience in commercial doors, automatic doors, hardware, docks, and preventive maintenance programs Experience in metalwork, electrical, welding, and general construction Strong mechanical aptitude AAADM certification is a plus Clean driving record required to operate company fleet vehicles and be added to the company vehicle insurance policy Must have a positive and professional attitude Abilities Manage multiple projects and work well under time and other constraints Work in a team environment as well as independently Strong attention to detail and processes Strong service orientation to customers Success in a fast‑paced environment Frequent lifting of materials Frequent working with hands Frequent walking, standing, & kneeling Reading, comprehending, writing, performing calculations, communicating orally, reasoning, and analyzing Pay & Benefits We offer competitive pay (DOE) and a great working environment. Dispatch & Scheduling Coordinator A dispatch/scheduling coordinator is responsible for adding new customers and vendors to the database, logging new jobs from various communication channels, documenting daily events, promoting a safe work area, maintaining accurate records and filing systems, demonstrating strong communication and customer service, and performing general office duties. Additional responsibilities include creating purchase orders for field techs and ordering & tracking products/materials to job sites. Qualifications Previous dispatching experience with general knowledge of door hardware & construction (preferred) Experience with PCs and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook) 2+ years of dispatch/scheduling experience preferred General knowledge of automatic doors, commercial doors/hardware, overhead doors, and dock levelers (plus) Abilities Handle heavy phone traffic both incoming and outgoing Manage multiple tasks and work well under time constraints Work in a team environment as well as independently Strong work ethic, attention to detail & processes Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills Strong service orientation to internal and external customers Success in an extremely fast paced environment Team player Quick to process information and learn new things Intuitive and utilize available resources Working Conditions Frequent sitting, walking, and standing Repetitive use of computer, keyboard, mouse, phone, and filing Reading, comprehending, writing, performing calculations, communicating orally, reasoning, and analyzing Pay & Benefits We offer competitive pay (DOE) and a great working environment.
