William A. Randolph, Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of commercial construction projects nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys keeping projects on track, coordinating with multiple teams, and contributing to successful project delivery.

With more than $350 million in annual revenue , we are a nationally recognized general contractor headquartered in the Chicago suburbs, specializing in hospitality, retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and mixed-use developments.

What You'll Do

Support preconstruction, estimating, subcontractor procurement, and contract administration.
Coordinate subcontract agreements, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation.
Assist with monthly owner pay applications, subcontractor billing, lien waivers, and compliance tracking.
Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, track action items, and provide project updates to leadership.
Coordinate communication among Project Managers, Project Executives, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
Support project closeout, including warranties, O&M manuals, as-built documents, and punch list tracking.
Help improve processes, maintain accurate records, and keep projects organized from startup through closeout.

What We're Looking For

Associate degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience will be considered.
Experience in construction administration, project coordination, procurement, or estimating support is a plus.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
Familiarity with CMiC, Smartsheet, Lucernex, Wrike, DocuSign, or similar platforms is preferred.
