This role serves as a strategic partner to operations leadership, aligning people and workforce strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, retention, and operational performance.THE DAY TO DAY...Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing operationsServe as a strategic HR advisor to Operations and plant leadership.Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management initiativesPartner with leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and retentionProvide oversight and guidance on complex employee relations matters and organizational risksUtilize workforce metrics and business data to identify trends and recommend actionsSupport leadership development and strengthen manager capability across the organizationLead change management efforts related to business growth, organizational changes, and workforce initiativesEnsure consistent application of HR programs, policies, and practices across all supported locationsPartner with HR team to implement enterprise-wide programs and initiativesTHE QUALIFICATIONS...Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field requiredA minimum of 8 years progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing or operational environment.Minimum 2 years of experience leading HR professionals, preferably across multiple locations.Demonstrated success partnering with leaders on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and talent initiativesStrong knowledge of employment law and multi-state compliance.Strong employee relations, leadership coaching, and change management capabilitiesApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.About AriensCoSince 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
