HR/Payroll Manager

A growing ABA company is seeking an experienced HR/Payroll Coordinator to support its expanding operations. This role requires a highly organized and personable professional who can effectively manage both HR and payroll responsibilities while serving as a key point of contact for employees and clients.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in HR and payroll, preferably within the ABA industry, and is comfortable communicating with a diverse client and employee population. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll processing and related administrative functions
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Communicate with employees, clients, and external contacts professionally
• Assist with benefits administration and employee relations matters
• Monitor attendance, PTO, and payroll related records
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Support leadership with HR and operational initiatives
• Ensure smooth day to day HR and payroll operations

Qualifications:
• Prior HR and payroll experience required
• ABA industry experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse client base
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail oriented with excellent follow through
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Professional, proactive, and team oriented attitude

Location : Lakewood, NJ

Type : Full time (approximately 9:00 AM-3:30 PM+)

Salary : $75,000-$80,000+/year
