HR/Payroll Coordinator

A growing ABA company is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Coordinator to join its team in Lakewood, NJ. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced office, enjoys working with people, and can confidently manage both HR and payroll responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

The HR & Payroll Coordinator will play a key role in supporting employees throughout the employment lifecycle while ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and clients from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees
• Respond to employee payroll and HR related questions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• Coordinate benefits administration and employee paperwork
• Communicate professionally with employees, clients, and outside contacts
• Work closely with management on HR initiatives and daily operations
• Assist with various administrative and office tasks as needed
• Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of HR and/or payroll experience required
• ABA industry experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable interacting with a diverse client and employee base
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll/HR software
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Professional, positive, and proactive attitude

Salary: $75,000-$80,000+
