Position Description You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the SE & ALRE Group Human Capital Management Office NAWCAD LKE of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. Before applying, you're encouraged to learn more about federal human resources careers by visiting the HR Career Compass at: Position Duties/Responsibilities You will utilize a wide range of personnel management theories, concepts, principles, laws, regulations related to compensation, position classification, identify interrelated problems, draw conclusions, and apply the appropriate course of action. You will advise management with solutions involving highly complex human resources issues primarily in position and organizational development issues in a timely matter. You will perform job analysis efforts to develop qualification requirements and applicant evaluation techniques consistent with OPM qualification criteria to determine the best qualified applicants. You will utilize Federal Staffing and Classification, DCPDS and CWA automated systems.
