Responsibilities
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal care
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Maintain a safe and clean environment in the home
• Provide companionship and engagement
This role is ideal for caregivers who:
- Notice the small things that others miss
- Communicate concerns about clients immediately
- Treat every client with dignity and patience
- Take initiative without needing constant direction
- Show up on time and prepared for their shift
- • Florida HHA Certificate or CNA License
- • Previous caregiving experience preferred
- • Reliable transportation
- • Strong communication skills
- • Ability to follow care plans and report concerns
- Supportive office staff available when you need help
- Paid travel time between shifts
- Mileage reimbursement for errands with clients
- Family-oriented office environment
- Ongoing training and support
