Work Environment

This position involves providing onsite care in the homes of our patients, allowing for a personalized touch in a familiar environment. Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. As you interact with various clients in their home settings, you will face unique challenges that require adaptability and creativity in your therapeutic approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy care to clients, specifically tailored to address their unique goals and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse population, ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation patients to individuals dealing with chronic pain or mobility issues. The population seeks functional improvements to enhance their daily life and longevity. As an integral member of the care team, you will help provide tools and strategies for your clients to progress toward their goals more effectively and independently.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required to ensure foundational knowledge and clinical expertise.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is mandatory, showcasing your commitment to professional standards.
• A clean professional record with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy and an ability to execute successful exercise programs tailored to individual patients.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Current knowledge on the latest physical therapy methodologies and techniques supported by peer-reviewed research.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working with outpatient clients in a home care setting, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Successful history of developing and implementing specialized care plans aimed at improving clients' physical performance.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline rehabilitative processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
