Work Environment

This full-time position is purely onsite and operates within a dynamic home care setting. Your work will involve visiting patients in their homes, providing a supportive and comfortable environment for rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including a detailed review of medical histories, performing specific assessments, and documenting findings with precision.
• Develop and explain individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring their goals are foundational to the therapy process.
• Implement treatment protocols guided by thorough evaluations, directly responding to the patient's needs and overall health status.
• Maintain open communication with other healthcare professionals to enhance coordinated care, noting any changes in patient conditions that might necessitate adjustments in treatment plans.
• Manage all aspects of patient documentation, ensuring timely and accurate records of the patient's progress, including initial evaluations, interim updates, and discharge summaries.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to adhere to productivity expectations while ensuring comprehensive patient care.
• Assist in marketing initiatives and community-based activities aimed at promoting local health and wellness.
• Remain compliant with all applicable regulations, including governmental and accreditation standards, while contributing to the clinic's overarching goals.
• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance professional competencies and mentor students as a clinical instructor.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Ability to work independently and make evidence-based decisions in a home care setting.

Preferred Experience

Ideally, candidates will bring at least two years of experience in physical therapy, particularly in outpatient or home care settings. Compensation and Benefits

Dynamic Bridgeway Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
