Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our modern Rehabilitation Center located in the scenic Boca Grande area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' needs, followed by creating and implementing customized treatment plans based on individual assessments.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to address the unique needs of each patient.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation techniques, and the importance of adherence to prescribed exercise regimens.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team consisting of physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients feel valued and heard throughout their recovery journey.
• Adhere to best practices while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse patient population, treating individuals with varying needs, including but not limited to orthopedic injuries, sports medicine rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, pediatric conditions, and neurological disorders. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensing as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) as mandated by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is required.
• Current CPR certification to ensure emergency readiness.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation and MS Office Suite for managing patient information and treatment plans.
• A compassionate demeanor that fosters strong relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years' experience is required, those with additional experience in specialized areas such as sports medicine, rehabilitation, or pediatric therapy will stand out. Familiarity with innovative treatment modalities and a commitment to continued education in physical therapy practices is also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
