Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Amiral Physical Therapy, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to develop targeted treatment plans that align with individual goals and medical guidelines.
• Implement and assess treatment programs while monitoring patient progress towards functional recovery.
• Utilize various techniques and modalities, including exercises tailored to specific specializations such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Foster a nurturing environment through excellent customer service to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to utilize evidence-based practices, thereby maximizing patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, and health management strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Meet utilization goals and contribute to total clinic objectives while maintaining accurate documentation of patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, addressing varying needs from acute injuries to chronic conditions. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current certification in CPR.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to foster patient interaction.
• Proficiency in word processing and clinical documentation software.
• A passionate attitude toward patient recovery and holistic care.

Preferred Experience

Experience in specialty areas, particularly within orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, or sports medicine rehabilitation, is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and previous community engagement initiatives will strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits

Amiral Physical Therapy offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000–120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
