Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities to tailor individualized treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and modalities to maximize recovery.
• Manage a manageable patient load, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and care during their visits.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, preventive care techniques, and healthy lifestyle choices to promote long-term wellness.
• Implement evidence-based practices in physical therapy and maintain detailed documentation of treatment sessions, patient progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to formulate cohesive treatment strategies that address multifaceted patient needs.
• Continuously evaluate and adapt treatment plans based on patient responses and evolving health status.
• Encourage and motivate patients by celebrating their progress and inspiring them to reach their health and fitness goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, managing chronic musculoskeletal conditions, or seeking to enhance their athletic performance. Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Deep understanding and experience in orthopedic rehabilitation with a proven record of successful patient outcomes.
• Exceptional skills in manual therapy techniques and exercise program development.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and management of patient data.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with advancements in physical therapy practices.

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, preferably in sports medicine or orthopedic physical therapy.
• Familiarity with contemporary assessment tools and treatment methodologies that enhance patient care.
• Strong background in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers an attractive salary range between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
