Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their home care environments, developing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of their physical capabilities and needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and promote mobility.
• Regularly document patient progress and treatment activities in compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
• Adjust therapy approaches as needed, responding to patient feedback and observed outcomes during treatment sessions.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapeutic exercises, assistive devices, and mobility techniques to promote independence and facilitate recovery at home.
• Stay current in the field through ongoing professional development, such as attending workshops and participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications
