Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation center, you will work onsite in a modern facility equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and tailor treatment plans that align with their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and hands-on techniques to help improve range of motion, strength, and functional movement.
• Maintain a manageable caseload and dedicate sufficient time to each patient, ensuring high-quality, individualized care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to implement effective treatment options while emphasizing non-surgical solutions for improved health outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.
• Develop and implement wellness and fitness programs to promote holistic health and prevent injuries.
• Foster strong, motivating relationships with patients, encouraging their active participation in the healing process.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize treatment pathways.
• Stay current with developments in physical therapy techniques and methodologies through ongoing education and self-directed learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic serves a diverse range of patients, from athletes recovering from sports injuries to adults managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida, with a clean record, free of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, supported by previous clinical experience.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exercise program design.
• Ability to effectively utilize EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for accurate patient documentation.
• A strong foundation in current physical therapy practices, ensuring evidence-based treatment options are employed.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a similar outpatient setting, with a focus on sports medicine or rehabilitative care.
• Experience developing individualized exercise programs and providing manual therapy.
• Knowledge of the latest research and advancements in physical therapy techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
