Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine individual needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including strength exercises, manual therapy, and use of specialized equipment to address pain management and mobility issues.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance strategies and provide training on proper use of assistive devices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Keep abreast of advancements in physical therapy practices through continued professional development and engagement with professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a wide array of patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric populations, including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, strokes, and chronic pain conditions. We focus on personalized care, adapting treatment approaches to meet the specific needs of each patient, allowing them to achieve their greatest potential in returning to their daily routines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field; a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in computer skills and healthcare documentation systems.
• A positive attitude and adaptability to new and dynamic situations.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field, providing a strong foundation for patient assessment and treatment.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
