Client Relations & Success Manager

Aristotle

Aristotle is looking for a Client Relations Manager in Washington, DC to serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the PAC and advocacy technology space. You will oversee the post-sale activities, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, and manage client expectations to enhance satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate should have a BA/BS degree and 2-5 years of experience in customer relationship management.
