Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs through video conferencing.

• Monitor and document client progress within electronic health record systems, ensuring accurate and timely records.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and referrals when necessary.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed Mental Health Therapist at Speak Up Counseling Solutions, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life transitions. Our clients span different ages, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, allowing you to employ a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to their specific needs. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT license in California, or eligibility to obtain these credentials.

• Minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
