Specific Skills Needed: Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements Self-starter, motivated, proactive, dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment Highly detail oriented. Ability to handle several tasks/assignments simultaneously and to maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Excellent communications, organizational, presentation and project management skills Business acumen and strong analytical skills Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point Proficient in building charts and pivot tables in excel Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? Licensing experience Brand Management experience Product development experience in accessory industry Knowledgeable in product briefs creation for cross-functional teams, outlining strategies, positioning, concept, and inspiration Knowledgeable on aesthetic aspects of product development Experienced in licensing and or brand management
